About the role
On behalf of Align Technology, a global pioneer in medical devices and digital dentistry, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing across the Nordic region. Based in Copenhagen, you will own the local marketing strategy, translate global initiatives into strong commercial execution, and act as a key partner to the regional organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for performance, people, and priorities in the Nordic markets. You will operate in a dynamic environment where med-tech meets technology, and where your ability to influence decisions, build business cases, and turn strategy into measurable growth truly matters.
You will have end-to-end ownership of the Nordic marketing agenda in a global, market-leading company, working from a Copenhagen-based office with strong energy and team culture. The role offers real visibility and influence on strategic and commercial decisions and is designed for someone who values presence, pace, and close, face-to-face collaboration.
Work tasks
- Develop and execute the annual Nordic marketing plan in alignment with regional strategy and business objectives
- Translate global campaigns and brand initiatives into effective local execution across channels, including digital
- Lead, prioritise, and support a small local marketing team, ensuring focus, clarity, and performance
- Build, manage, and follow up on marketing investments, OPEX budget, and business cases to support growth initiatives
- Drive market insight, KOL engagement, and close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and regional stakeholders
We are looking for
- Someone who has 8–10 years of marketing experience.
- Someone who brings experience from the medical device industry or a highly commercial FMCG environment within the Danish market.
- Someone who has some people management experience and enjoys developing others through hands-on leadership.
- Someone who has a strong commercial and sales-oriented marketing mindset and can influence stakeholders using data, insight, and logic.
- Someone who is based near Copenhagen and enjoys working from the office five days a week.
- Someone who can write and speak English at a high level.
- Someone who holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
It is meritorious if you
- Speak Danish or another Nordic language.
- Have experience working with Salesforce or data-driven marketing analytics.
- Understand the Danish healthcare system and decision-making processes.
