About the role
As an Executive Assistant at Altor, you will be an essential coordinator, communicator, and administrator for your team of Investment professionals. You will join a team of three assistants who prioritize values like professionalism and respect, working together to foster a transparent culture where everyone can thrive and grow. We are looking for someone ready to advance their career and who enjoys a role with a variety of tasks each day. The position is a one year parental leave cover.

Work tasks
- Calendar management and coordination to ensure your colleagues’ daily routines run as smoothly and efficiently as possible
- Handling incoming communication and prioritizing emails to organize and use time effectively
- Managing flight bookings (domestic and international) and related logistics such as transport and hotels
- Daily contact with national and international stakeholders, both internal and external
- Collaborating with other assistants on internal kick-offs and events for the entire company
- Handling other internal projects and administrative tasks

We are looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible and proactive approach to change.
- Someone who consistently delivers precise, high-quality results while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
- Someone open to flexible work hours.
- Someone with experience in the finance or consulting industry (an advantage, not a requirement).
