As part of their mission, KONE is now seeking a Business Controller, where you will become a key player in driving business performance forward. You will support management with analysis, reporting, and advisory services, enabling sound decision-making based on solid financial foundations. You will also take responsibility for controlling, planning, and business development—transforming data into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will actively participate in improvement projects and strategic initiatives. Work tasks

• Act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring financial understanding across the organization.
• Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, KPI follow-ups, and presentations for decision-makers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring realistic, data-driven plans.
• Participate in strategic analyses, scenario planning, and optimization projects.
• Drive change and ensure the implementation of new processes in collaboration with colleagues.

We are looking for

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Has previous experience as a Business Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Is experienced with ERP systems, reporting tools, and BI solutions.
• Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken, Danish is a plus
• Possesses strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into business value.
• Is accustomed to working in an international context, preferably within a matrix organisation.
• Thrives in being proactive, taking responsibility, and driving change.
• Is collaborative, structured, and demonstrates high integrity.
• Can navigate a dynamic environment and maintain an overview under pressure.
• Is motivated by creating improvements and value through close dialogue with the business.
