About the role
At Academic Work, we are searching for a SCM Coordinator to join our client, Samsung. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both Sales and Supply Chain Management by monitoring forecasts, tracking revenue, and securing the right product availability throughout the lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with product managers, sales teams, and international stakeholders – providing both operational support and strategic insights.

Work tasks
- Input and update demand forecasts and monitor sales revenue
- Provide supply information to the Sales team and align sell-in/sell-out plans with product lifecycle
- Follow up on new model introductions and channel model selections
- Develop and review reports for local office, Nordic SCM operations, and HQ (sales forecasts, inventory status, demand changes)
- Monitor production and shipment status, solving issues when they arise
- Analyse low forecast accuracy and suggest improvement actions
- Coordinate stock clearance for aging products
We are looking for
- Someone who has at least 1 year of experience within SCM and logistics,
- Someone who has an educational background in business/logistics/SCM
- Someone who possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Someone who is structured, analytical, and thrive in a role with both detail orientation and cross-functional collaboration
It is an advantage if you
- Speak a local Nordic language and/or Korean
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have prior experience with demand planning or lifecycle management
