Lead Engineer - Piping & Layout till Cyient!

As a Lead Piping Engineer, you will take a central role in designing and optimizing piping systems for industrial projects. You will collaborate with engineers, colleagues, and clients to develop smart and efficient solutions that meet modern industry demands. Your expertise will ensure high-quality technical execution while maintaining a focus on innovation and sustainability.

Work tasks

• Lead and coordinate piping design and layout projects from planning to implementation
• Ensure that technical solutions align with industry standards, client requirements, and sustainability goals
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to project teams
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

We are looking for

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Energy or process Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience from process industries and multidisciplinary plant engineering projects. Experience from pulp and paper industries is preferred
• Experienced user of Aveva E3D (and/or Aveva PDMS)
• Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experienced user of the European piping codes. Asme Standards is an advantage
