As an Oracle ERP Consultant, you will join a strong professional environment. Here, you will work closely with experienced consultants who will support your development from day one. Many of the most skilled professionals in Oracle Fusion Cloud in Denmark work within the department, which consists of approximately 30 consultants in Denmark and around 100 across the Nordics. You will work in client-facing teams of 5–10 people and frequently collaborate with other disciplines both internally and externally. Most engagements will be for Danish clients, but you may also have the opportunity to participate in Nordic projects.

This training program is aimed at candidates with previous work experience in finance who want to work with systems and technology. Your background in accounting is extremely valuable, as it gives you a strong understanding of what clients need when they articulate their requirements in Oracle ERP Financials. Combining this domain expertise with the technical training provided in the program will enable you to become a trusted advisor—both functionally and technically—helping some of Denmark’s most forward-thinking companies implement Oracle ERP.

The program covers the following topics:
- Fundamentals and Architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP: Gain a solid understanding of the Oracle ecosystem, the core architecture of the platform, and how modern, secure cloud solutions function in practice.
- Training in Core Modules within Financials and Procurement: Acquire in-depth knowledge of key end-to-end business processes, including Record to Report (General Ledger, Payables, and Receivables) and Source to Pay (Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts).
- Data Management and Reporting: Learn how to ensure data quality and manage information flow into and out of the system, including data migration and reporting.
- Technical Platform and Extensions: Build an understanding of the platform's technical capabilities, including AI, integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and low-code extensions.
- Consulting Skills: Develop practical consulting skills through requirement gathering, solution design, and workshop facilitation.
