The Brain of Modern Buildings

In Denmark, Building Management Systems (BMS) are most commonly referred to as CTS (Central Tilstandskontrol og Styring / Central Monitoring and Control Systems). This technology serves as the building’s central brain, integrating and controlling everything from heating and ventilation to access control and energy monitoring. In this role, you ensure that data from sensors is converted into an optimized indoor climate, while minimizing unnecessary energy waste. This is a future-proof career path for anyone looking to work at the intersection of technology and innovation.

As buildings account for a significant share of society’s total energy consumption, building automation has become a societal necessity—and that is where your talent comes in. In line with Denmark’s green transition, modern CTS platforms are the single most important tool for sustainability. As a consultant, you will work with intelligent technology that uses real-time data to manage energy usage. You will make a direct impact by reducing the carbon footprint and combating rising operational costs. The sector is booming, and the future belongs to those who can manage and secure these systems!
